Payment
I accept Paypal and all major debit/credit cards. Once your payment has cleared, I will ship your product (s). Please be aware of the 7.2% NC Sales Tax.
Shipping
Only in the US
Orders can take up to 4-5 business days to ship because your items are made to order. If your heart is set on a special order fragrance, please contact me to discuss shipping expectations.
I promise to do my best to meet shipping expectations. Your product is custom made to ensure your satisfaction! Therefore, sometimes shipping arrangements may be modified.
I ship primarily USPS Priority Mail which includes a tracking number and Delivery Confirmation.
I offer free shipping on orders $75 or more within the US.
Rising Temperatures- all of our candles are 100% Natural Soy Wax, which means, they will melt at a low melt point. You can always choose expedited shipping to decrease shipping time.
Please contact your local post office in case of any errors with your package. Once an item(s) has shipped, it is no longer my responsibility (delayed deliveries, stolen or lost packages, or damages to the package). Make sure you keep your tracking number.
Processing Time
I hand-make each product. The processing time for each product varies. Please contact me for individual product questions, wholesaling, and custom ordering.
Returns, Exchange & Cancelations
I am happy, only if my customers are happy. I want you to keep coming back to me for wonderful fragrances. I don’t accept refunds/returns or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The product MUST be returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The shipping cost is the BUYER’s RESPONSIBILITY.
